These Terms of Service govern all sales made on the website vonliving.com, operated under the Von brand. Placing an order implies your full acceptance of these terms.
Our products (air purifiers, the Air Purifier Mini, bundles, replacement filters and the Von Air Club filter subscription) are described and shown as accurately as possible. Photos and descriptions are provided for information and may show slight differences (for example, colors depending on your screen), without engaging the seller's liability.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout. Shipping is free. Von may change its prices at any time; the price that applies is the one in effect when your order is confirmed.
Your order is confirmed once you accept these terms and your payment is confirmed. You then receive a confirmation email summarizing your order. Von may refuse or cancel any order in case of a dispute, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or product unavailability; in that case, you are fully refunded.
Payment is made online, securely (encrypted SSL connection), by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay. Your payment method is charged when your order is confirmed. We never store your full card details on our servers. See our Payment Methods page.
We ship within the United States only. Shipping is free. Orders placed before midnight (ET) are registered the same day; processing takes 1–2 business days and transit 2–3 business days, for a total of 3 to 5 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing contact@vonliving.com. Von air purifiers come with a 30-day home trial: you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns are free and no restocking fee is charged. Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving your return. The full conditions are in our Refund Policy.
Von air purifiers are covered by a 5-year warranty on parts and labor against manufacturing defects. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, the warranties and rights you have under applicable law.
The Von Air Club sends you a replacement filter every 3 months. You can skip, pause or cancel at any time. See our Subscription Policy.
Our products must be used according to their intended purpose, their user guide and the applicable regulations. Von cannot be held liable for improper use. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of your order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
All content on this website (texts, images, logo, brand) is protected and remains the exclusive property of Von. Any reproduction without our permission is prohibited.
How we process your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. In case of a dispute, we will first look for an amicable solution: please contact us. If no agreement is reached, the courts of the State of New York have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the date you placed it.
