This policy explains how the Von Air Club filter subscription works and how to cancel it.

1. How the Von Air Club works

With the Von Air Club, a fresh replacement filter is delivered to you every 3 months, so your Von air purifier always performs at its best. Your first filter ships 3 months after your purchase.

2. Price

• Von Air Purifier filter: $28.88 per delivery
• Von Air Purifier Mini filter: $21.99 per delivery

Shipping is free. You are charged each time a filter is sent to you. You will see the price and your next delivery date before you subscribe and in your customer account.

3. Skip, pause or cancel anytime

There is no commitment. You can skip a delivery, pause or cancel your subscription at any time, at no cost:

• from your customer account on vonliving.com, or
• by emailing us at contact@vonliving.com.

To avoid being charged for your next delivery, please cancel before your next billing date. Once you cancel, no further payments are taken.
